Privacy
Glintcade is in a private beta. Here is exactly what we collect.
What we collect
- One random number your browser makes on your first visit (no name, email or phone)
- What you do here: pages viewed, searches, games opened, PLAY clicks, ratings of famous games, quests, game ratings · reviews, reports
- Time and language (English · Korean)
- Where you came from: the previous site's domain (e.g. reddit.com), campaign tags in the link (utm), device type (phone · PC), and country (estimated from the connection — no city or IP address stored)
Google sign-in (optional)
Everything works without signing in. If you sign in, your ratings, answers, quests and XP are saved to your account and follow you to other devices. Google and Firebase (a Google service) handle the sign-in; our database stores only the user number Firebase gives us, not your email. Reviews show a player number (like P-72B7), not your name.
Reviews
Your stars and one-line review are shown on that game's page. We can hide reviews that break the rules.
Private notes to makers
Notes you leave with "A private note to the maker" are not public. Only a person we have verified as that game's maker can read them, without your player number.
How we use it
Only to see whether our picks fit and whether the site is easy to use. No ads, never sold. Stored in a Cloudflare (US) database.
Deleting
Press RESET (top right) twice to clear ratings and history in this browser. To delete what was already sent, tell us.
Games on other sites
PLAY takes you to the creator's site. What they collect follows their own rules.
